Glad I could help. You're doing great!

  • As far as the control after bouncing - I learned to play around it by just letting go of the controls prior to a bounce. I managed to finish all of the levels anyway, so it's not a deal-breaker. The control shift is manageable if the bounce is at a shallow angle which, to be fair, is probably the "correct" way to play. Haha.
  • And I think the sound design is good, by the way. Looking forward to seeing what music you come up with, though.

This is solid, and my only suggestions are pretty minimal.

  • The winding mechanic is a little awkward on mouse and keyboard. I'd like to be able to adjust the wind after I let go of the control but it's not a huge issue.
  • There are a couple of really big difficulty spikes, but those can be smoothed out with some play-testing.
  • Not sure what to do about this, but the bouncing felt pretty awkward when I was trying to control the car during a bounce. Because the heading of the car can take an immediate 180, the controls can completely reverse instantly.
  • The sound effects feel right. Maybe consider some light, ambient music?

I have no idea what's happening in that trailer, but I'm hyped!
