The take on the theme is quite unice i think.
The controlls were a little goofy and the music drove me insane after a while, but overall well done :-D
I liked the UI of the shops and the artstyle in general pretty much.
Personally I think it would have been nice if the planet is erased after like 95%, i struggelt sometimes to get that last pixel with the floaty controlls.
But on the other hand, that might just be a skillissue from my side.
Liked the game a lot and I think you did a greate job! (:
I realy liked the premise of the game and I think there is much potential in the idea!
The game went black when i resized the window even a little bit, so the standart resolution was a little small on my 4k monitor.
I'm actually a fan of this simplistic artstyle and think it suits small games like these very much!
I liked the concept and not having to rush it due to the turnbased nature of the game made it perfect to play during office hours (:
My only critic would be that i had to select my attack choice with the mouse, but had to do everything else with the keyboard. But I'm not sure if this was by design or I just got a weird bug.
Overall liked it! You did a good job! (:
A wave-counter would have been nice, but other then that, I really enjoyed the game.
Grafics, while simple, were consistent and nothing seemed out of place.
Overall a smooth experience.
The idea of digging (aka erasing) your own path to defend was a nice take and I was delighted by the good sound design.
You did a greate job <3
Overall a quite polished game.
At first I was concerned that spamming my spacebar would get me in trouble during work hours (my supervisor doesn't like it if I play games for some reason), but thankfully the option to continuously shoot with 'ctrl' avoided that.
I'd give it a 8/10 for working hours, due to it's addicting nature.
But a straight ten out of ten for playing it in your freetime!
Good job creating this (:
We didn't have the time to create a proper "death" animation for the enemy, but it didn't feel satisfying for them to just disappear.
The particals were actually a last minute fix for this issue :-D
The other art was planned for a shopping system (you'd draw them with your pencil to help you defend), which we sadly also had to drop due to time too :(
Really glad you enjoyed our little game (:
I also couldn't see the button, had to toggle fullscreen on to get it on screen, but after that everything worked as intended.
Like others already mentioned, a little hint how you are doing would be nice. Never knew what exactly to cencor and what not.
I still had my fun with the game, tinkering with different options. It helped a lot that you only had to restart the day you were on.
I realy liked your game and you should be proud of it.
It was interessting and kept me wanting to know more.
the Undertale vibe was immediately clear and i loved every second of it :-D
Also greate music!
Once I got stuck entering "Day 2" (WASD wasn't working anymore), but i don't know how i managed to do that.
Overall a realy nice game and you should explore more in this direction. I think you got a talent for that!
I didn't even think about it as a 'shadow' :-D
The idea was to aim with the circle for the next target while the animation of the pencil is playing -for purely aesthetic reasons.
Always knew balancing in games was hard to do, but never realised just how hard it is. Even with something small like this.
Thank you for taking the time to play our game and giving us valuable feedback!
We'll strife to improve on our design and overall gameplay (:
