I've found the cause. I modified the game's rust detector files, which caused the headlights on some vehicle modules to not display.
All car lights are not displayed on the car itself, but the vehicle lights are displayed in the environment.
Problem report:
The Mercedes' headlights don't work on the car body, but they do emit light on the floor.
