Hey Woovin! Thanks for asking — happy to clarify.

Dream Combat is a 3D fighting game I’m developing under Dream Studios. The prototype is currently in development, and I’m starting with a smaller roster of around five characters so I can get the combat, movement, UI, stages, and character systems working properly before expanding the game.

I’m still building up the public development material, so I may not have a full game page/devlog with lots of footage yet. As the prototype develops, I plan to share gameplay clips, character designs, progress updates, and eventually a playable prototype.

Regarding voices: I’m looking for real human voice actors for the characters. Your audition will not be used to create or train an AI-generated voice, voice clone, or synthetic version of your voice. The audition is strictly for deciding whether you’re a good fit for the character.

We'll use your audition recording only for internal casting. If you aren’t selected, I won’t use the recording in Dream Combat, promotional material, AI training, or any other project. I can also delete the audition recording once the casting decision has been made if that is your preference.

If you’re selected, I’ll contact you before anything is used in the actual game so we can agree on the role, recordings, credits, and how the voice lines can be used.

Awesome, thanks for your interest in Dream Combat! You can audition by recording the audition lines I send you and submitting the recording as an MP3 or WAV file. You can send me a Google Drive link here on itch.io, or I can give you my Discord for easier communication. I’ll send you the character description, personality, and audition lines.

Normal: “I’ve spent too long running from this dream. Not anymore.”
Battle: “You picked the wrong person to challenge!”
Special attack: “DREAM BREAKER!”
