Honestly i feel like i could play this one for hours, like this activates the primal part of my brain to dig holes and collect shinies. Honestly though, really good game, and amazing you got this done in the time allocated, it feels very polished

Reminds me of playing the pinball game on windows xp, would love that classic sound feedback that you'd get from those games, ding ding ding, it'd be so addicting with that xd, i like it, really good stuff here :>

So I managed to beat it, I do have to say i really like this take on a card autobattler, i adore that your cards dont last forever, even the op ones can be powerless at times, and it really prevents complacency with your card choice, with there obviously still being some more preferred choices, i always preferred to use the monkey and timebomb for their frequent attack and pretty decent damage, but it is possible to just not have them at all, so it makes you improvise. I really like the silly but nefarious personality of the witch, and the fact that she only tries hard because her lunch is coming up. the art is pretty good, some of the card designs could use adjusting and refining but most of them honestly convey their function well even just at a glance, but the inspect feature is great too. it is a nice and short game, but i'd love to see more out of this concept, it is seriously the most fun i've had in a card autobattler, really good work!

Interesting game idea that I would have NEVER thought of from the theme of countdown but somehow you have, this is really cool and i really like the art as well as the silly selection of items xd, really good game :>

Amazing pixel art, the backgrounds are so beautiful :>

I like the captchas being slightly different despite using the same images like click on signs and then click on gum was pretty funny, it breaks you out of the autopilot you get while trying to be as fast as possible, which i really liked, but apart from that i think there should be a higher difficulty curve by maybe introducing more tasks every few days, and maybe some upgrades or hacks to skip some tasks? this is a pretty nice concept and would love to see it be built on :>

The pixel art is really good, i like the monochromatic aesthetic, and the concept is cool but i think it needs to be harder, either by making the map smaller so you really have to watch out whether youre in the blast zone or have some kind of threshold to prevent the bomb explosion and keep the timer counting? i think the concept is really creative and silly but could use with a difficulty curve (and sounds)

I really like the graphics, the lighting is really well utilised here and the pixel art looks really well incorporated in the 3D environment :>

I think the audio is incorporated well, i think you can just base the timing off of the beat alone if you have musician timing, reminds me of majora's mask minigame with the clock, i like the difficulty curve, feels like the impossible quiz with how it starts using different tricks from you getting to the button lol, had some fun with this one :>

I liked the pixel art and the concept but i felt really rushed to do anything, and it's kind of hard to think with such a fast timer for each turn, i think you could implement the idea of having limited time for each turn but i think its just a little too fast, especially for a strategy game like this.

Pretty simple but fun game, love the art the little guy is very expressive although mostly just geeked xd. colour blind me had a little difficulty especially when it gets really fast, but overall well executed

i like the name and the plinko, i love gambling

This is one of the best takes on the theme, i absolutely love sacrificing most of your peripheral vision to make the bpm count down, also the fact that the voice recording is a tutorial, i found it humorous how i cut it off a lot when i was being chased by the monster lol. audio is masterfully done, the audio outside the meditation tape is genuinely stressing and inside genuinely feels relaxing. if there was perhaps some other stuff around the level to collect it would add an extra layer to the already pretty freakin good gameplay loop, i love it.

Honestly such a simple idea executed really well, reminds me of metal gear solid 2 vr missions with the graphics xd. i love the rush of trying to complete each level and felt like there was a nice difficulty curve, for a first project this is amazing, good work :>

Really good assets especially for a first gamejam and a solo project, but as a platformer it is really challenging, i also feel like you take up so little space on the screen and move so fast it kind of adds to the difficulty, the core idea sounds really good and i think you can build upon this idea.

I adore this RE1 style and ambience, you've captured it REALLY well, like down to the tank controls and everything. That alone is a crazy achievement, develop on this further and you'd have an amazing game. Im excited to see more on this.

Incredible pixel art and animations, the shadow mechanic is pretty cool  but i think some of the movement could use adjusting like the jump is realllyyyy floaty, but i overall liked the game and concept :>

Captured that Dr. Mario feel really well, love the graphics and the countdown spreading the virus feels both punishing but fair, really nice interpretation of the theme and a fun game :>

A small game yes, but honestly feels good which is really important, with some more work this would honestly be really addicting, really good work :>

i like the concept of a crazy woman coming to your office to kill you, with more time and polish it'd be pretty good. Idk if the 3d environment is final but i'd just do what the actual fnaf games do and make it all 2D, it would work well with the 2D sprites that you already have and you could blend it into the environment better. overall pretty decent game.

give me a port on the gameboy and im sold. give me more difficulty options and im even more sold. reminds me of midnight motorist from fnaf. i think if there was car variation, like having semi-trucks or something, or cars that exceed the current speed to throw you off it would make the game even more interesting, but as is it is pretty solid and a good take on the theme :>. (managed to get to score of 17)

I love the borzoi, got both of the endings in this incredibly unlikely scenario, this is like the trolley problem except with a meteor and you can be the person on the train tracks. i liked the art mixed with that random borzoi stock image xd, really nice for first gamejam :>

incredible visuals as well as solid concept but man do i wish i could beat level 2, i could not get more than one box in the portal. i dont know if that's a glitch or me being dumb but i couldn't get past that, but i think with more work and playtesting this would be really good, i adore the aesthetic :>

a decently challenging platformer, reminds me of something like super meat boy, which is really nice. the timer made me immediately scramble to finish each level as soon as i realised it doesnt restart on each level lol. this is really good, especially as a solo project :>

reminds me of something like rhythm heaven, i really like the concept of having to memorise the rhythm. really nice game :>

Lol im surprised I HAVEN'T seen more games about the time crunch of gamejams, this was a really fun and silly experience, I immediately got the cockroach minigame and that made me cackle, i also immediately ate everything from the fridge which prompted 'you are broke' which i loved. and the big red countdown immediately made me scramble to get to work, the typing minigame was pretty good but i would love more silly minigames like the cockroach one, like idk physically debugging your game by smashing it with a hammer xd. overall amazing game :>

I really like the pixel art for the enemies and player, and i like how fast you move but sometimes the platforming is a little to small for how tiny and fast the player is, i have no problem with the speed i think the levels could use just a little more work. apart from that, i had really fun time with it, the bow is OP. also i was really expecting a count dracula game but was pleasantly surprised xd. another thing is the sound design when you get hit and are on low health, whoever did that did an amazing job, I really like how the music ramps up when you're on 1 health lol. overall really good game :>

(1 edit)

Not surely if it is entirely intentional but I do kind of like how the upgrades still count down in the store it kind of rushes you to buy the upgrades and I unintentionally bought the inverted movement upgrade apparently xd, really solid bullet hell game, i do wish the upgrade countdowns perhaps went transparent as you go up to the top left of the screen, as it kind of blocks the visibility of the player. also more yuri would be nice, that game name immediately caught my attention lol. really solid game, art and concept.

(1 edit)

Reminds me a lot of 'Please, Don't Touch Anything' but i really like how its executed here, really funny game :> Also i honestly thought the arms movement was really intuitive xd

I like it, his life is flashing before his eyes, you can tell with the audio, reminds me of everywhere at the end of time.

shooter mixed with hot potato is the best way to word it xd, i like the concept and really like the pixel art, i would say tone it down just a little bit with the blurryness with the post processing, and maybe add some kind of detection for where you are and where the enemies spawn, as i've had the rats spawn on me a lot. i really liked the weapons, they felt pretty punchy and i've never had a reason not to use either one of them, as the timer mechanic really makes you switch between every single one. overall, really fun game, i had a pretty good time playing it :>

I think one of the most creative interpretations of the theme and a really fun platformer, but PLEASE oh GOD rebind the dash key, my fingers get tangled up xd

Gets so chaotic so quick xd, really fun game :>

I like it, the loop is pretty good and I like the disadvantages you can give yourself right off the bat, makes for nice replayablity especially for people (like me) that like hard games. I think the UI during combat could use some improvement, I was a little confused where my health and mana were, it was incredibly simple where, considering you have to hover over the enemies, you'd think i'd hover over myself... but I think it being a permanent part of the UI would work better, besides there's already a lot of dead space on the screen I think it wouldn't intrude on the gameplay. I think you've got something cool here, with some more  visual sense of progression I think it's a very cool game

I love the concept, with a little more polish like maybe not having some of it being case sensitive (got on my nerves) it's a pretty nice game, i love punching the clock xd

Cute little game, i love the spacebar being the dedicated meow button xd

Really interesting idea for a puzzle game i've never personally seen before, already was headscratching on the 4rd level, potentially a bit of a difficulty spike? but i really like it, you nailed the old gameboy aesthetic with the pixel art as well as the music choice, really good example of how you can take a really simple mechanic and make pretty cool puzzle progression from it, very good work :>

genuinely a really tense game, the soundtrack I THINK speeds up as the timer gets down to like 20-30 seconds and jeez it creates a really tense and ominous atmosphere, i like how the game does reward you with some time to breathe from the countdown if you complete the objective and it's overall well balanced to make me feel like im constantly on my toes lol. the management always felt like i was scrambling to both manage the time and also make sure im not wasting my time doing one thing instead of another, a really good game

i love the pizza tower vibe, overall really fun platformer :>
