For real.

Don't mind the "Yeah" reply but first of all how am I supposed to scan this on virustotal if they took over my headset?

Second of all They are probably waiting to attack.

Lastly they probably won't want me to scan it on virustotal because like why would they want you to delete your hacked file?

But more Info on the original post I didn't really read what game I clicked before it Powering off my Headset.

But thanks for the help, man!

I do agree that they should implement a better system, but the thing is, I'm on meta quest and not pc and idk really how to even download an anti-virus on it.  Which makes it a lot easier to put malware on headsets.

I think I went too far in this topic, but I really do prefer that they actually spend some money on a working virus that detects viruses other than saying "Goodluck on getting no malware and if you do, we will absolutely not care and we're totally sorry for loosing 200$ on your stupid computer or headset."

Hey! even though people say your game doesn't really have viruses (didn't mention it), I recommend you do a less "virus-looking"

Topic because it looks like your game had viruses when I saw your post.

So please in the future post less "virus-looking" topics so people don't think your games have viruses.

Warning!  A TON of Games have Malware and Whatnot.

I recommend you All Search up the game and see if it has malware if it is searchable.

I also recommend you see videos of the game you're downloading to make sure it doesn't have malware (Just like I first recommended).

I've experienced getting malware on the quest 2 (It's a VR).

So again, watch out for Malware and stay safe!

If My Vr actually does have malware, itch.io, you're paying for it on all matters because I payed 200$ on this thing.

I've downloaded a lot of itch.io gorilla tag fan games and I've not seen malware for a long time.

today I've had a full breakdown trying to delete itch.io files.

when I selected a file, it powered off my vr (Virtual Reality).

and when I powered it on it looked normal as always. and it also one time played this loud beeping noise, and it continued even when I turned sound off.

The days before, it played the screen recording red dot many times which means I'm probably getting recorded and put in a file for the hacker to see what I'm doing.  And itch.io has never provided a virus scan system to scan for files packed with malware and whatnot.

And they never try to delete malware off their fricking website.  So, I request you add a virus scan system, so no one has to get hacked.

Thanks for making my Vr have malware itch.io.
