Simple Track Creator
It's a Unity editor tool to help you easily create tracks/roads without the need to pick every gameobject individually and move it around, just click on the next position you want to fill and it's done.
Works with custom 3D models, and maintains the prefab links, so you only have to place them once.
Included script to load the tracks inside the game, in the case you want to have just one scene and load all the track inside when needed to improve performance and build size.
