Props to the entire team on this one! This was great, tbh I'd love to see a longer more fleshed out version of this. Loved the way this game looks, the music was great too! The vine maze got me so scared, I don't know what was in there, I don't even want to know now, it was going to kill me but I got out of it thankfullyπππ
Really exhilarating experience, didn't know ducks could go that fast. At first I was a bit apprehensive about the speed, but as soon as the first level started playing I understood that the speed was absolutely necessary. Really fun! Might come back later to play some more. I will become the best duck!
A game set in China about a dog crossing over to Russia, made by Italian game devs. I didn't know world peace like this would be possible... Loved this short and sweet experience! The dialogue was funny, visual style was really nice, and controls felt really responsive!... and I think Wu Song sings really well.
Really cool and creative take on the theme! I love puzzle platforming games like these. The visuals were great too! My only real gripe with this is that I can't really tell what I'm rotating and/or where it's gonna go. Sometimes I try to rotate a block one way but the entire group goes with it. Some indicator would be nice, but still overall a good entry!
Really cool concept! It was pretty simple to grasp imo, and I think a puzzle game like this has a lot of potential! At first I was a bit confused as to why the pipes won't rotate, but I soon inferred that it was because the pipes didn't have space to rotate, which was a really cool learning moment ngl, I love non-tutorial tutorials, just wish it was a bit clearer with maybe a visual cue of some sorts. Also despite the visuals being quite barebones, it still looked felt quite polished because of the transitions and menu animations, so props to you on that! Only other downside I would say is that there was no audio. Sound effects in a game like this would elevate it greatly! Still great game doe πππ
Thanks for playing! I'm glad you liked the music, because it was scrambled together so last minute π I was pretty much remixing some old stuff I made with some amen break samples. I wanted the grab to be as dynamic as possible! I wanted the player to feel like they could do anything if they can just grab it and spin it! And yeah, no healing items was a total oversight for me. I got too used to playing the game and underestimated its difficulty ππ
Great short game! Gameplay was realistic cause mashing on my spacebar actually sounds like a washing machine. Had a really fun time hunting for endings! Had to do a surprising amount of debating in my head to decide on which clothes I should sell or if I should even sell them. Might come back to find all endings!
Really fun concept! Being at the will of whatever the wheel gives you and having to deal with it is something I enjoy. Just wish there were more abilities, maybe like 1 or 2 more variations of enemy, and an indicator of where my attacks would land. But other than it's cool, really enjoyed the art too!
Really fun game, really love how it looks, and congrats on making your first 3D game! The gameplay loop is fine, I like running around and doing tasks and managing resources, but the way the movement feels and how the camera works hindered my enjoyment because I kept getting motion sick πππmight just be a me problem though.
I really like games where they constantly keep you on your toes! Each puzzle on their own are kept simple and easy to understand, but when they get stacked on top of each other the pressure add up. The game is balanced well as to not really overwhelm the player too much, it kept me in the equilibrium of not stressing too much and also not being too slow!
Thanks for the feedback, it is much appreciated! I've honestly kinda fallen in love with developing this game, I still have some things that I wanted to add but never go the chance. So there is a chance that I will come back to this concept/game eventually. Also, about running out of objects to throw, I don't know if I clarified it properly in the "tutorial" but you can throw around the enemies and their projectiles too! Slamming them against the wall damages them.
At first I was a bit confused about what I was doing, but when I got the hang of it, it was actually really fun! The spin the world mechanic is really satisfying to use, and opens the door to so many ways to do things. reality/physics warping puzzle games really are my favorite genre ππππ
Congrats on your first ever published game and game jam! I remember mine like it was just one month ago (it was just one month ago). Love the art, and the gameplay is unique. I usually don't really like slippery character movement, but for this game I think it works pretty well! Keep up the good work !!
