"We are the Scel(?), you are below us. Everyone fears you, but they fear us more. You were foolish to send probes into our territory, and you shall pay dearly."
Notes: A massive series of broadcast hijacks have been reported globally depicting who we assume is a representative of the Scel (see below). Notably, they seem to have integrated themselves with their technology.
