No idea, just works for most ppl. It seems like you might have a problem running Unity games at all, if another game works then that isn't the issue, something may have gotten moved from the game folder or corrupted on download. Try re-downloading it, and when you extract the game be sure you don't move any of the files from the folder, although making a shortcut should be ok.
