How did you manage to jam yourself in there? And yeah the robes are animated via physics so getting lodged in a wall will mess them up.
With the bag, I placed a heavy platform on top of a regular platform. Then I was able to walk into walls and onto heavy platforms. Once I was on the heavy platform, I could remove the regular platform and get stuck.
