Sorry to hear you're having some hassle getting this all sorted.
Depending on your phones web app of choice (I'd recommend Chrome) you can check where everything gets download to and even change the directory. In Chrome you can press the three dots up the top right and click on downloads.
Alternatively, you could download everything to Google Drive on your PC and download on your phone.
Once done, you should be able to take over where the guide starts above.
