The thing is: it depends on your goal. And I don't know what is your game engine OR what are you doing. Add some details.
So for example, for Godot you need .glb, but for Unity fbx is ok. If you CAN see textures in blender, the problem is somewhere else. Because Low Poly Household Items Pack is absolutely goated, brilliant and simple item pack with simple geometry and textures with normals.
