i try changing it from read only but dosen't work :/
Most definitely some windows issue though. Try putting it on another drive maybe.
Also, goes without saying, just doing that isn't gonna unlock the gallery for you. Most likely the persistent file where gallery lock/unlock info is stored couldn't be accessed or didn't save for whatever reason. You'll have to use some kind of a gallery unlocker.
