Did you speak to the port controller? I searched through the code and the governor's dialog ends with, "The head of the port will transfer the flutes over to you." One of the dialogs in the Port Controller should trigger the transfer of the ships into your squadron.
Also, the Wordpress stuff that manages the Buccanneers Reef forum has always caused trouble for new user activation and they won't fix it...just want money to "upgrade." But, we can manually edit your account to get it to work. I searched "pending" for Tyscabuzz and don't see it, but I do see a user Tysca...email m********n@yahoo.co.uk, is that you? If so, I think I can activate it for you.
