Just remove your headset and it will go to sleep mode after few seconds, or turn the screen off will go to sleep mode.

My Quest Pro sleep since more than one week and QGO is installed. Almost same thing for my Q2. I can't tell you how long a Q3 can stay in sleep mode, I use it everyday.

The QGO app don't use battery by itself.

What drain your battery is Meta background stuff, the auto update Meta feature, the metrics your headset send to Meta etc... You have an option that you can uncheck. This allows you headset to wake up by itself to download game updates or Meta updates or do some Meta stuff.

ok let me try again because thats the only change i made which is install qgo. i always turn off the screen after playing which i did this time but headset was fully drained which doesnt happen.

i power reset and it seems to be back to normal. ill try using qgo again tomorrow and report back

i use it for ghosts of tabor and i used personal settings which might be the culprit

Keep me informed. Is auto detect feature enabled in your QGO general settings ? Do you have a profile for the home ?

i am thinking it might be the home too so ill go around and check when im able to. life can sometimes get in the way hehe
