Version 1:
- Imported everything assets into a game file and deconstructed the assets I will be using.
- Figuring out which animals to include in the zoo
- Structure and layout of the zoo was inspired by pokemon zones to have different areas and different types of animals.
- First area developed was the floor the player drops into
- Second area is the icy igloo
- Third area is the desert zone
- I want a bee tower with insects around it
- The unicorn to be in the center of the first zone with a glass of wine
- Btw all the animals are drunk and behaving weirdly, or is it the drugs? Who knows anymore
- The unicorn is supposed to make comments when you interact with certain animals -WIP
Version 2
- Developed the landscape and added terrain
- Rotated, scaled, move the assets into position on the surface
- Implemented first person control for player movement
- Quirky series ultimate asset store import through project manager
- Build Itch page & Build and run project from unity
Version 3
- Added audio source
- Assets feel very static, figuring out a way to add motion to make the scene come alive.
- Added quirky interactions to certain animals
- Added UI text
- Positioned assets into final position, weird terrain interactions at time while jumping
- Added customized skybox and added terrain on floor
Version 4
- Added motion rotate to certain objects to enhance the scene
- WIP - Code for the unicorn to make comments when interacting with certain animals
- WIP - Start End Restart screen
- Loop Audio source - Adding different sound to different zones
