People are so quick to use fictional monsters as the scary element in horror games, and they forget that there are real life experiences than can be just as creepy and unsettling, if not more. I can't even imagine how scary it must be to experience something like this. The dev(s) did an excellent job in making the player uneasy and uncomfortable, this was a great game. I did accidentally break it though hahaha 23:26 marks the start of me bugging the game, cause I don't know how to explain what I did without spoiling the experience for anyone that didn't play it
