Hi all!
Asked this question on Discord and got clarification by the host;
"Aslong as textures are pixelized with a form of "Art" on the texture then sure."
So I take it that as long as the textures were intentionally made pixelated (not just a downscaled image) and doing more then just applying a Pixelation post process to the game;
Then it would be accepted ^^
