(Never thought I'd ever say such thing but) the dicks are getting stuck on the character's own asses. It ain't even have to be extremely long ones to happen. I dunno if it's just me, cause I haven't see anyone else mention it.
It happens often with particular scale differences.. It is on my to do list, sorry.
