Unfortunately I'd be unsure as to what itch.io might accept beyond PayPal and Stripe--since the payment processing isn't managed directly by me. You would have to contact support and see what they might be able to do.
A quick google search reveals you could potentially transfer paysafe funds to a paypal account if that helps though!
