5 everyday and then next week 10 everyday. When you get past 25 you can start to do sets. And then add another set every week. But first see what your max is now. You could be doing 10 naturally right now and those are your sets naturally. Do five sets a day max. 50(10x5).
What I’m tryna say is: if you’re going in a single spurt add five a week. If going for max in a day do sets of a comfortable number that you add five to every week. A set is a break that I usually fill with sit-ups or arm curls with weights. Same amount as listed above. And then a five to fifteen minute break for water and breathing and stretching. Then repeat.
