Bug: It seems like you cant do agricultural policies if you get a majority with SPD. Small complaint regarding agricultural policies, I think doing the land reform costs too much, at least if it is intended that you should do it three times.
Bug should be fixed now. I’m still thinking about the costs/balancing of various actions…
