Hi. I only want to use character's animation. I want to re-create appearance while using its own animation. I will change hair and clothes. Then can I make a goods and sell with it? I will put character on my game.

Hello, do you mean making a "new" asset but with this as a base and selling it? I don't think this is what the license allows, it will count as replication/copy of the asset. You can use it as a character in a game and make it purchasable as a game character, but directly reselling it as an asset is not allowed.
