I didn't know that, I don't visit f95zone so I wasn't aware but that scene specifically has always been debatable and split in the community about whether it counts, some say it counts "in spirit" but others speak on the technical level, it doesn't qualify.
I just leave it as it is because I don't see it as NTR personally. What you have mentioned is pretty much how I feel about it. It's not a major factor of the game, less than 0.1% even, and it serves the purpose and triggers the right emotion in the player that I was going for when I made it.
