The EXE is a DOS-executable(it's DOS MZ format, not Windows PE format). you can follow the "Install instruction"(on https://spuch.itch.io/yasnake ) to run on GameShell.
For Windows, you can use "dosbox"(https://www.dosbox.com/) to run it. I will write an instruction soon on devlog.
