Its in the status menu, the last tab there. "Settings".This assumes I enabled cheats on Steam (not sure why I wouldn't, but I am fairly sure it's there).
Unfortunately, I don't see there anything, except "NSFW mode".

No, it's possible that I just left it as a feature for paid versions of the game. If you're playing on Steam then that's a free version.
