I use Koikatsu, the original Japanese version, but you can get Koikatsu Party or Koikatsu Sunshine on Steam if you want to make your own characters and scenes!
Also, one of the tier rewards over on SubStar is the ability to download CK character cards and use them in the actual Koikatsu game (which has VR functionality too)! :)
