- Please attach the requested log files. (see README topic)
- Which version of VoiceFX are you using?
- What version of Adobe Premiere Pro are you using? (Help -> About Premiere Pro, then under the big Adobe Premiere Pro text).
- What is the samplerate of the project? Note that only 48kHz is supported by all versions at this point in time.
