I love this game. I didn't grow up with these retro games but I do have an emulator that can run all of this. I really liked you got the idea of this for sure I also think it'd be good if you add a sensitivity option. However, I js thought that the hit reg does have some faulty errors. Best of luck to you.

Thanks For Playing My Game!, Yeah i Wish I Did Have A Slider For The sensitivity, My Friend Mentioned Having One But, Unfortunately Time Got the Better Of Me And Well No Slider, So With The Hit Reg I Think That Might have To Do With Range, Cause I Gave The Weapons A Certain Range And What Not So Maybe Thats It?, Id Have To look Into It Thought, But Thanks For The Feedback Its Really Appreciated, :)
