I am about you posted it on OGA under the cc-by-sa4.0. If it is there under cc-by-sa it can be used under that license so if you don't want people from OGA (and not only) to redistribute/resell so you made a mistake uploading it there because they collect there only free-culture assets (which by definition allow redistribution)
