Hello! Can you not access the files from both the launcher and the browser? (The Itchio launcher sometimes has problems with that, but after adding the downloads through the browser it should work normally.)
If you can't access the downloads from either, please send an email to customer.niftyvisuals(at)gmail.com from the email address you bought it from, and we will see what we can do. Thank you!
