Hi!

On my understanding, you do not want the face window to open/close. On that case, set both durations parameters, of the openness animation and movement of the window, to 1.

Put the initial position of the window outside of the screen. Put the target position on where you want the window to appear.

When the message window closes, the face window will return back to outside of the screen. Since the movement duration is 1, it will be instantly.

Is that effect are you aiming for?

This definitely fixes the lingering face image. Thank you!

There is still a 'flickering' that happens. Let's say I have three text boxes that appear in a row, they all have the same face image. In between each message box, the face image disappears for a split second and reappears. Is there a way to remove that behavior? I would prefer if the face image stayed in place during the entire dialogue, and then move to the place outside of the screen afterward.

I appreciate your help!

Hi!

I didn't manage to replicate the issue. Can you show me a screenshot of your event?

I did this way, and the face remained on the screen without flickering:

Hello!

I took a screenshot and tried again in a fresh project and was not able to replicate the issue there, either. It appears to be a VisuStella MessageCore incompatibility. Sorry for the bother!

I would have liked to have been able to switch faces without any opening or closing/flickering in between, but with MessageCore turned off, this is working great (when the face is not changing).

Thank you for looking into this for me!

Maybe you can find a workaround by switching the plugin order, or something on the Visu plugin configuration.

Good luck! :)
