The issue is simple and really easy to fix. It's just the resolution scale that for some reason went under 50.
Click around the red box until you see improvements.

My brother in christ, everything is a blurry mess. I have the same problem and have been clicking for 5 minutes and have not landed on the right setting.EDIT: Posted my fix later in the replies.
