I feel you though! There are times where I also don't want to do anything . In my case, I'm constantly thinking about how to pay the bills but when I have multiple tasks to finish, I got overwhelmed x_x I'm a kind of person who can only focus on one task at a time, and I'm committing myself to Bermuda at the moment, but at the same time, I'm at that age where I start thinking about how to not make things difficult/want to stop depending on my parent *sigh
