If by NTR you mean cheating than yeah there is some. Although i do remember it being optional. So if you want to be loyal and not cheat that's also an option. NTR is in the game but it is all optional as far as i know.

Ntr isnt gender specific. In the simplest terms i can explain is specifically netorare is the pov haveing MC partner stolen away,while netori is the pov of mc doing the stealing. Both fall under the umbrella term NTR. And i believe cheating is technically considered its own thing as "technically" the partner isnt necessarily "stolen" just unfaithful as a 1 off(ish) event. Although lets be honest..it rides a hardline no? Lol.
