I downloaded the game and everything is glitched, the girl won't come up, none of the buttons on the menus work, and the debug menu won't show up either.

I had this when using two versions in parallel (32 vs 35).
For fixing this delete the path"C:\Users\<yourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\ZnelArts\TheVillainSimulator"
Be aware that with this all saved progress etc will be lost.
