Patreon versions are developer builds, which we internally refer to as alpha builds. These are provided to supporters, and in addition to supporting the project, they also help by beta-testing these early versions.

As development continues, we fix the issues reported in Patreon (alpha) builds. Once a build is stable, it is released to public stores such as Itch.io.

This means Beta 44 is actually our latest production build, while Beta 45, 46, and 47 are still in development and only internally available to supporters.

\Users/<yourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\ZnelArts\TheVillainSimulator
This will wipe all game data and you will have a fresh start.

We are aware of those issues and will be working on fixing it. FOr now those are the only mission available plus the bonus missions with the wheel machine

Yes, once you purchase it is added to your library and you can download new versions as they become available.

Hello, you don't need to pay again to access updates, whener there is a new version on Itch you can just download it again.

We haven't made a specific linux version, however if you haven't already you can look into "Lutris" it allows you to run any windows application on linux. (I haven't tried it personally but I've heard good things)

You pay once to get the Itch.io version, our most stable public release. You don’t need to pay again, and you’ll receive all future updates.

Itch.io builds are typically a few versions behind Patreon’s developer builds, which are still in active testing.

In short, Itch.io has the most up-to-date publicly available version. Patreon builds are experimental and not yet officially released.

On dev terms:

Itch.io is the main branch, fully merged and tested.
Patreon builds are the dev branch, where we’re still pushing commits and fixing merge conflicts.

Hello, yeah that is worrying, I wish I knew what would happen tho I dont think that they would remove the game from your library since it is already paid, even if they remove the game to be available for sale.

You need to manually download each update once is published on Itch, but you will get access to all of them until version 1

Unfortunately Steam removed the game and wont be available on that platform.

You can actually play this version on the Steam deck, you dont even need to install windows on it,  you need to add it to your Steam library as an non Steam game
