Is there any way to get a full body image instead of just the "from the chest up" portrait?
Unfortunately not. I tried to make full-body pics at one point, but it turned out to be too much work for the release schedule.
Truth be told, I'm pretty handy with photoshop, but I'm not much of an artist myself. Sorry to disappoint!
