Creator disappeared and I can't delete the ratings for these games?

hello, I'm writing this because after several attempts to contact support, I can't find a way to remove game reviews from a creator who has left the platform. Do you have a way to achieve this ?

A few questions there.

Is it important that the review was from a creator? Reviews are made by users of the site. It does not matter much, if they are also creators.

Is it important that the creator has left the platform? Does it make the review invalid?

Unless you have some evidence that the review was made in bad faith (like spam accounts or harrasment), I do not believe support can or will help you in any way. There are good reasons to not allow publishers to arbitrarily remove reviews. You already have control over the comment section. Giving creators control over reviews would make the reviews practically useless.

Or is your issue some other thing, and I misunderstood? Do you want to remove your own reviews from games that no longer exist and now clutter your library or some such?

My question is not very well worded. This is a review that I left on a game and that I can't remove from my library because the creator no longer exists. Sorry for the misunderstanding I left

Ahhh. The button "Edit rating" does not work?

Is there an error message?

That sounds like something that should work, regardless if the creator left itch or not. If the item is shown in your library, the item still exists, and thus you should be able to change or delete the rating.

That's exactly it! The edit button does not work because it cannot find the game in question. I talked to support about it and they say who can't do anything? Strange isn't it :/

Strange indeed. Removed projects do dissappear from your collections. I do not know what happens to such projects, if they are in your rated or owned library.

In my rated place
