Well, but it's gonna be a start - I doubt, that Apple's Customers will like having a "two-class treatment Policy" for long...
So, it seems that it's allowed now - I mean, if itch will launch an iOS App with everything available on it, you'd probably only need to provide the iOS Version and the distribution would be "set" for you.
But I don't know if they plan that - you as developers should probably have a better grasp on things concerning their plans and policies since they probably care more for you than for any of us.
Yet, if you needed some back-up, I'm sure we players could "cum" up with a nice little Petition to share and sign, so they realize there's a demand - because I can't play any newer Adult Ga(y)mes on Steam because of either national child protection policies are restricting Steam to crazy bureaucratic (and probably also costly) steps to be taken in order to publish their Game here in Germany or Steam thinks it's "too hot" legally and doesn't allow them as a precaution altogether.
So, itch is the pretty much the main source for Adult Ga(y)mes like yours, dear GGS-Devs! <3
And since Apple seems to have been cracking now and does allow it - despite with many warnings as to scare players/users into being cautious, I think downloading the Game from here on itch or your own webside would be no problem in the near Future.
But, of course, it's also quite a bit of work, I'm sure - unless you can easily build an iOS Version from the Mac-Version nowadays (since the two Operating Systems have been becoming more and more similar and inter-acting with each other, if I understood Apple's "propaganda" right?)?
Anyway, I'd be happy to "side-load" your cool Gayme and the new DLC, too - hope it'll be available in a little here since the Announcement is out, but couldn't buy it just yet a few minutes ago ^_^
