Have you made sure that the tower is online? If they can't track your location, they won't send orders.
Radio tower says "All Fine", and everything else seems to be working perfectly.
Strange. I haven't had this issue. It could've been the drone getting stuck or something. Have you tried restarting?
The issue just solved itself once the automated drive and MRE delivery arrived, still annoying that I just had zero item deliveries for a full day.
Ah. Well, I think that's happened to me once before, too. May have to report the bug. If you're playing on the latest version, try to report it in the bug thread. Glad things got fixed for you.
