Your proposed modifications sound okay so long as your new levels are unique and well fleshed out, your second modification listed sounds like part of the first and not able to stand on its own. Your 3rd modification can be counted if you mean you are creating a new and unique enemy or obstacle that adds unique and interesting gameplay.
