Hmm. I've never been to the cave before, and I wouldn't be sure how to mine. Would I need a tool for it?
There is a pickaxe on the bottom of the lake near oscar I think, and you can get some radioactive green crystals in the cave, but I haven't tried to get them in story mode yet so I may be wrong, and they probably were removed in pa07_0011 version
That would be a strange thing to remove, yet keep the blueprint in the game. Unless they just forgot to remove it.
ALright so you need a pickaxe, hazmat suit,food,light,graple hook and a sleeping bag oh and a pumpking just to get in the cave
