Well, you'd find the official 0.7.0 update on the game page and download the Zip file. Next, locate where you put your original game folder. Inside, you'll a folder labelled pa and number after an underscore. In the Zip folder, you should see a folder with a similar name, but higher number. Extract the new folder into the directory with the other, then delete the old one. After that, it should boot up the new version of the game.

You will know by the version on the menu saying 0.7.0 without the Experimental added on.
