It's just a game man. People are different and it's not the end of the world. Some people like hairy armpits and sweaty dwarfs on motorbikes. If you don't get turned on by NTR then you don't, end of story. Nothing more to it than that. We all like calming, relaxing, wholesome experiences, but this game just isn't meant to fill that spot (at least not exclusively). I give a clear warning when people start my game that it will feature not only explicit content, but themes of betrayal and corruption.

Maybe get a little more distance from fictional characters. If you do not like the story, meh, go for another story. If you get sad, that the mc get's cheated on, hurray, drama. Slice of Life. An opportunity for the developer to resolve conflicts - or just have excuse to show the naughty stuff in more variations.
