I am on the same boat as well, getting very frustrated by the lack of communication. Technical issues are one thing, I understand those. But why do we have to come here to find out about this stuff? Why are there never official announcements about payout issues?? A simple "theres an issue with payoneer payouts, we are working on it" would go a long way to solve this.
