I tried a new game and the Rhea date was still repeating when waiting by the Servant's Quarters (and Fast Travel). Eventually I tried not getting any positive points on the date and that's when I got through to the next Rhea event.
Yes, that is a known issue I'm working on solving as I type this.I should have a fix for it today! Later than I expected.
