A lot of those are android issues, the renpy framework typically takes care of it on PC. I don't know why my porters throw those flags at time. I can only say, me personally, I am not trying to scam you lol.
I think if I was trying to virus you all I wouldn't be working myself so hard. >.>

There is an in game journal that gives you directions on where you should go in the form of "hints". But really they just kind of out right say where to go.
I would recommend going to version 2.0.3 because it allows you to port saves to Origins. I think if you do use Estrada is should work just fine (2.0.3) but you might need to move the save files around? I'm not good with android so I apologize. They have a nice discord though, you can ask them if you need help.
Origins is a direct continuation, picking up EXACTLY where Academy left off. Largely, the reason for the new game has to do with expunging of old code and compiling systems into better one.
That is a big part of why it is taking so long right now. Foundational work is long and hard with seemingly small returns. But it should be much more streamlined, and at some point I should be able to make regular monthly updates!
WA is done, short of some bugs that I will revisit to squash, and maybe some renders that I would like to update. But as a chapter, it is done. The game does continue in Origins.
The Harem ending isn't in Academy since the story continues. You won't be locked out of the true Harem ending yet. It will be very obvious when you have failed the harem ending. And in Academy it is not possible to fail.
