Hey! Sorry you're running into this! Is the screen fully black or are you able to open the Settings pane? If you can open the settings then I would recommend checking out the Help section's Audio Routing articles.
Alternatively, if you have the ability to reach out over Discord I can help you better there for sure. If it's a more serious bug I will gladly work with you to get it working for you and others.
